Nicky Whelan

Nicky Whelan (born 10 May 1981) is an Australian actress and model. She gained fame in Australia due to her portrayal of Pepper Steiger, which she was in over 100 episodes on the soap opera Australian Neighbors between 2006 and 2007. Her Hollywood debut with two projects. The first one was Hollywood & Wine a choral comedic project where she played an aspiring young actor. Then by landing a recurring role in the ninth season of Scrubs that of Maya an extremely sexy medical student. The series was suddenly halted. Following that, she was able to film the Farrelly brothers-produced comedy called Good To Shoot. The show featured Jason Sudeikis as well as Owen Wilson. Thereafter the actress appeared in short series films and B-Series movies. In 2013, she landed more exposed roles: six episodes from the series detective Franklin and Bash and her debut role as a permanent character in Chosen with Milo Ventimiglia. In the first 2 seasons, she plays Chad Michael Murray and also plays the role of the responder. In the following year she appeared in the supporting roles for two films with air-based scenes. The following year, she appeared on Witness for Rent wearing Kevin Hart Josh Gad Kaoco. She also appears in the huge production of Terrence Malcolmick's experimental Knight of Cups. She appears in 5 episodes of Satisfaction.
