Anya Taylor-Joy

Anya Taylor Joy, a half-Spanish, half-English woman was born April 16, 1997 in Miami Florida. Half English and a quarter Spanish She is the child of Dennis Alan Taylor a former banker and Jennifer Marina Joy a psychologist. Her father is an Argentine of Scottish and English descendance. Her mother is Spanish as well as English origin. Her birthplace was in a family comprised of six children. Four siblings of Taylor-Joy are who were born from the same marriage as Taylor's dad. They lived together within Buenos Aires from the time she was 6 years old up until the day they left for Victoria, London. Taylor-Joy said that the move had been traumatic and she refused to learn English because she hoped to return to Argentina. Hill House was the new school she had to attend following her departure from Northlands. Then, she was enrolled at Queen's Gate School to study ballet and to perform in school's plays. In the year she turned 16 she decided to leave school to follow a full-time career path in acting. Taylor-Joy has always known she wanted to be an actress.
